The solar generators AS 85-100 HPC consist of 32 high efficient mono-crystalline 5" cells (HPC), made of SUNsilicon. The cells distinguish themselves by particularly high electricith output, even on cloudly days.
The tried and tested module design projects the solar cells against moisture, gives UV stability, and allows for thermal expansion. The front covering is made of top quality tempered solar glazing. The solar glazing and the solar cell laminate are joined together into a unit and the solar cell laminate are joined together into a unit and mounted in a torsion resistant frame, made of anodized aluminium.
The solar modules of the AS HPC family are well protected from mechanical and climatic influences. The connection is housed in a weatherproof wiring box at the back in which th bypass diodes are also mounted.
Due to their high efficiency the solar generators AS HPC are mainly used in solar arrangements like tracking systems or roof top installations.

Die Neuerung an unseren amorphen TWIN Solargeneratoren ist die
Triple Junction Technologie. Bei dieser neuen Fertigungstechnik wird
jede Zelle aus drei Halbleiterschichten hergestellt. Die unterste Schicht
absorbiert die roten Anteile des Lichts, die mittlere Schicht die grünen
und die oberste Schicht die blauen Anteile.
Durch die Aufteilung der Spektralbereiche des Lichts auf verschiedene
Zellenschichten kann die eingestrahlte Energie effizienter genutzt
werden. Eine weitere positive Eigenschaft des amorphen Siliziums ist
die nur geringe Empfindlichkeit gegenüber Hitze, dadurch treten nur
minimale Leistungsverluste bei hohen Temperaturen auf. Das Ergebnis
ist ein extrem hoher Jahresertrag unserer TWIN Solargeneratoren.
Die Module werden in nahezu doppelter Größe (TWIN) im Vergleich
zu bisherigen amorphen Solargeneratoren gefertigt. Dadurch wird eine
schnellere Montage ermöglicht Sie benötigen weniger Material für die
Unterkonstruktion und die Montagezeiten verringern sich deutlich.
Ein bewährter Modulaufbau schützt die Solarzellen vor Feuchtigkeit,
bietet UV-Stabilität und ermöglicht die thermische Ausdehnung. Das
Laminat ist mit einem verwindungssteifen Modulrahmen aus Aluminiumprofilen
eingefasst.

The solar generators AS 1204E achieve their high performance by the electric chain of 56 high-efficiency crystalline silicon cells to a module.
The silicon cells are arranged into four strings, each secured with a bypass diode. This damage to the cells is avoided by heating ("hot spot" effect).
A good modular design protects the solar cells against moisture, provide UV stability and allows for thermal expansion. The front cover is made of special solar glass of the highest quality. This is with the laminate into a unit associated with a rigid framed glass module frame made of anodized aluminum profiles.

The used monocrystalline silicon cells achieve a peak power of 6, 10, 15, 20 ,30 or 45 Wp. The solar cells are textured and non-reflective. They are sandwiched within the laminated module in soft EVA plastic (ethylene-vinyl-acetate). This guarantees water resistance and UV stability as well as electrical insulation and allows thermal expansion.
The front cover of SM serie of hardened very clear special glass is extremly light-permeable and robust. The Tedlar plastic reverse side is strongly bonded to the glass layer. Anodized aluminium L-pfrofiles from the warp resistant module frame in which the laminate is enclosed makes universal mounting simple. Thus the SM solar modules are well protected from mechanical and climatic influences. The electrical connection for these modules is done with a sealed connection box and a 0.5 m cable (SM 15 = 1 meter).
