This latest generation of charge regulators sets high standards in the solar industry. Specialized integrated circuits enable new control features.

The solar charge regulator is more than protection device for the solar battery. The over charge protection works as a pulse width modulated shunt regulator and ensures optimal battery charging. The regulator is equipped with wear resistant MOSFET transistors, thus ensuring a long working life.

Completely new to this price class are the cyclic charging, boost charging and temperature compen­sation features. The regulator is also equipped with a multi-colour LEDs showing voltage levels.

Sol 5
This charge regulator is comparably adapted for lead and NiCd storage batteries. Because storage batteries generally shouldn´t charge discretionary long without charging current limit or charge regulator, this regulator offers an optimal control of charging. Applicative for systems of max. 80 watt generator power and 12-14 volt DC battery voltage.
